This product is great to help train your waist and lift the buttock muscles. This product is true to size. There is cushion on the straps around the thighs. It is very comfortable.

Wear the trainer for 5-6 hours. I highly recommend doing squats to help with the buttock muscles. It is highly recommended to wash in delicate and air dry.
